[MARHMIS] MARC NAHRO Conference hosting by DE NAHRO - April 29 to May 2nd

This year DE NAHRO is hosting the annual MARC NAHRO Conference.  This year we are having the conference at Dover Downs.  We have some great sessions planned -- CRA Updates with the OCC, Healthy Lifestyles, Affordable Care Act impact, Rapid Re-housing & 100,000 Homes Campaign.
