Match documents for Tier One renewals announced today
We received some guidance so you can get started on submitting Match documents.
First, the numbering system:
For the CoC Program, the project number consists 15 characters: the State abbreviation, the project identification number (PIN), applicant type (i.e., L=Collaborative, S=Solo and U = Unified Funding Agency [UFA]), field office code, the last two digits of the CoC number, the year of funding and the project’s funding sequence. It should be noted that the applicant type replaced the program type beginning with the FY 2012 award process as all conditionally renewed projects now fall under the single CoC Program.
Below is an example of a FY 2012 renewal project number MD0007L3B011205, a grant that has been renewed five times since 2008:
The FY2013 renewal awards will change the last four digits in this example to MD0007L3B011306.
