Rural Gateway and Economic Development Programs Resource Pages Now Available on the OneCPD Resource Exchange HUD is pleased to announce the launch of the following resource pages on the OneCPD Resource Exchange: Rural Gateway Economic Development Programs AEDI: Appalachia Economic Development Initiative BCCI: Border Community Capital Initiative Congressional Grants NI: Neighborhood Initiative Grants Congressional Grants EDI-SP: Economic Development Initiative - Special Projects DCCI: Delta Community Capital Initiative Promise Zones RHED: Rural Housing and Economic Development Program RIF: Rural Innovation Fund Rural Capacity Building for Community Development and Affordable Housing Program Section 4 Capacity Building for Community Development and Affordable Housing Program Community Renewal Initiative EZ: Empowerment Zone Communities RC/EC: Enterprise and Renewal Communities Grantees can also continue to use the OneCPD Resource Exchange Resource Library Search to find resources and the Course Catalog and Calendar to find trainings and events. The Resource Library page lists all the program, reporting system, and cross cutting requirement resource pages that have launched on the OneCPD Resource Exchange.
