Alliance to Screen Documentary 'Lost Angels' at Conference*
On the second day of the Alliance's 2014 National Conference on Ending Homelessness at the Renaissance Washington DC Hotel in Washington, DC, conference attendees will have a chance to attend a free screening of "Lost Angels," a documentary film about life on Skid Row. The film covers the history of the area of Los Angeles, notorious for its poverty, and chronicles the lives of its low-income and homeless residents and efforts by the city to revitalize the neighborhood. The film will screen at 4:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 30, in the Mt. Vernon room. DVDs of the film will be available for purchase for $10 during the conference.
