Please view the following notes on our RRH providers. The attached spreadsheet was last updated by our Rose Rizza and our Coordinated Assessment committee. If updates are needed, please notify us. Thank you!
All users entering data for RRH providers must follow the correct ServicePoint workflow manual ("ServicePoint Manual - Services"), which may be downloaded from our hmisadmin.com site.
If applicable, remember to use the "Enter Data As" feature if entering data for more than one provider.
All data must be entered for RRH clients served since the beginning of this current fiscal year (may vary by provider).
