eCon Planning Suite 2014 - Consortia Grantees Live Online Training on September 3 & 17

This U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) sponsored two-day eCon Planning Suite Live Online training will focus on how to complete the Consolidated Plan in IDIS Online
The training will be conducted in two sessions from 12:00 PM EDT to 4:30 PM EDT. There will be a 30 minute break during each session. Participants must attend both sessions.
Who Should Attend?
Due to limited space, registrations will be reviewed before enrollment is confirmed. Consortia Leads and Members with Consolidated Plans due early in Fiscal Year 2015 will receive priority in enrollment.
Please note that all participants should already have IDIS User IDs and Consolidated Plan “create/edit” privileges. Participants must provide the ID in the registration form to ensure access during the training.

- Submitting a registration request does not guarantee you a seat at the training

Registering for the eCon Planning Suite 2014 – Live Online Webinar
Access the registration page for the eCon Planning Suite 2014 – Consortia Grantees Webinar and then select Register Now on the right side of the page.
To register for this course, you must complete the two e-Tutorial short videos regarding the eCon Planning Suite. Please go to each link below to watch the video, then click the button "Get Credit" when finished.
After watching both videos and getting credit for them, you will be able to sign up for the course.
If you have not yet created a HUD Exchange Learn account:
- Select Create an Account
- Enter your information on Steps 1 and 2 of the registration page.
- Select Register
- You will be brought directly to the course detail page in HUD Exchange Learn and an email containing your username will be sent to you. Keep this for future use.
- Select the checkbox next to the class name and location and then select Enroll in this Class
If you have already created a HUD Exchange Learn account:
- Enter your Username and Password; select Log in
- If prompted to fill out additional information, please do so, and select Update
- You will be brought directly to the course detail page in HUD Exchange Learn
- Select the checkbox next to the class name and location and then select Enroll in this Class
If you are unsure if you have a HUD Exchange Learn account:
- Go to the HUD Exchange Login page, and enter your email address into the field: Forget Username or Password?
- If a username for that email address already exists, you will receive an email with a temporary password that you can use to follow the steps above. If not, you’ll receive an error message.
