Solicitation of Comment for Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Assessment Tool

On Friday, September 26, 2014, HUD published a Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) Notice seeking comment on a draft Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) Assessment Tool for CPD entitlement grantees, alone or jointly with PHAs, to complete an Assessment of Fair Housing (AFH) under the proposed AFFH rule. A draft AFFH Assessment Tool for state grantees will be published at a later date. As part of the rule-making process and adherent to the PRA, the Notice and the Assessment Tool became available for public inspection on Thursday, September 25, and were officially published on Friday, September 26.
