The technical issue with e-snaps has been identified and resolved. All Collaborative Applicants should now be able to import project applications to the FY 2014 CoC Priority Listing. All project applicants need to ensure that all mandatory fields (those with an asterisk (*)) are completed prior to attempting to submit the project in e-snaps.
