RATING+RANKING: How to Score APR's


1. Visit hmisadmin.com  + hover over "RESOURCES" link at top  +  select "Baltimore County"

2. On the far right side, view the green "CoC Docs" section



3. View APR's by clicking "2014 Rating+Ranking APR's" 

4. You must use the login information below to for access to APR's

5. First view the "APR Distribution List" for your assigned APR's.
























6. Review the "2014 Rating+Ranking Guide"

7. Begin scoring each APR by using the "2014 Rating+Ranking Tool"
