CACH just set up a program which sounds similar to the one you refer to.  We are early in the implementation so I have so real feedback for you except that Bowman confirmed that the Client Served report in ServicePoint can definitely be used to track this information. Alternately, they said you can create an ART report that will also track this information. I doubt we’ll do that.
