Troubleshooting Instructions for Consortia Lead Consolidated Plan Download in IDIS There is a known issue with the Microsoft Word download feature that does not allow Consortia lead grantees to generate Microsoft Word downloads of their Consolidated Plans in IDIS. This issue will be fixed in the IDIS 11.9.1 release currently scheduled for November 24, 2014.
