Please be advised: The IDIS and HEROS Systems will be unavailable for access today, January 9 2015, between 4:00 PM EST and 4:30 PM EST to resolve a software patch issue. Please plan to save your work and log out of IDIS and HEROS by no later than 3:55 PM EST. HUD expects to restore service for both Systems by 4:30 PM EST, at which time all users may resume access.
