FY 2015 CoC Program Registration High Performing Community (HPC) Designation Requests

On Monday, May 18, 2015, the FY 2015 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Registration process in e-snaps closed and all known CoCs successfully registered. As stated in Section III.D.4.c. of the FY 2015 CoC Program Registration Notice, “HUD will publish the HPC information submitted by each CoC that is requesting HPC designation on the FY 2015 CoC Program Competition page located on the HUD Exchange for public comment as required by 24 CFR 578.67. HUD will issue a listserv to the national CoC, HMIS, and ESG contacts registered with the HUD Exchange to receive email messages alerting all stakeholders that the HPC information is available for review.”
No CoCs that submitted a FY 2015 CoC Program Registration requested HPC designation; therefore, HUD does not have HPC information to post for review.
