- SSVF: When reporting placement rates to your local VA Medical Center, data must match the HMIS placement data. Do not self-report placement rates that differ from the HMIS data. You must enter a Residential Move-In Date into your HMIS for RRH households as soon as the Veteran / household moves into permanent housing. The Residential Move-In Date should be the date that they actually begin staying in a residence intended to be permanent. This is critical in order to receive credit for RRH placements – especially for participants who have not yet been discharged/exited at the time you upload your data.
- System Performance Measures (outline + guides)
Always use our manuals. NEVER guess! Proper data saves hours!
