NHSDC conference attendees are interested in unique, novel or otherwise innovative applications of data to the delivery of human services. In keeping with this year’s theme NHSDC is looking for session proposals that demonstrate how communities use data and technology to change the methods and culture of human services delivery, expanding how data is used to connect service providers and coordinate care for consumers. We want to hear about the tools, techniques, and applications employed in communities nationwide in service delivery.
