Jon Brown's Memorial Service (Thursday 4/23, 7-9 pm)

Friends, It is with extreme sadness that we are informing you that Jon Brown, Westside Shelter Manager, passed away this weekend. Jon was a long time Community Assistance Network (CAN) employee who dedicated his life to helping those less fortunate.  Please come as we celebrate Jon's life this Thursday, April 23rd.  The family will receive friends beginning at 7:00 pm with the memorial service will start at 8:00 pm.       -Megan Goffney  Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk 7110 Sollers Point Rd. HHS Announces $1 Million in New Grant Programs HHS announced today that $1 million in grant funds is available to support community projects for the Community Interoperability and Health Information Exchange (HIE) Program. The funding will help support and enable the flow of health information at the community level, leading to better care and better health. The Community Interoperability and HIE Program will provide funds to up to 10 community organizations, state or local government agencies, or other community groups. The awards will help unlock health information and better integrate community resources to advance better care and healthier communities.
