NVTAC Webinar – Serving Homeless Veterans in Rural Programs Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015 at 2:00 pm EDT The NCHV NVTAC is hosting the webinar "Serving Homeless Veterans in Rural Programs" on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. EDT. Serving homeless veterans is both challenging and rewarding work. For organizations that work in non-urban areas, that challenge is further complicated by a unique set of barriers associated with the realities of rural life. This webinar will explore these obstacles and discuss strategies to overcome them including how to establish effective partnerships.
