Read the transcript.  New Demonstration Project Provides Up to 5 Years of Support for Youth Aging Out of Foster Care Public housing and child welfare agencies have an exciting new opportunity to come together and offer housing and services to youth for up to three and a half years longer than traditional programming.  USICH Policy Director Jasmine Hayes and HUD's Special Assistant for Homeless Policy Kevin Solarte explain.
