Cleveland State University Names Roland V. Anglin Dean of Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs

Dr. Anglin is an authority on community economic development, and sits on the Shelterforce board of directors. He has served as senior advisor to the chancellor and director of the Cornwall Center, and was the founding executive director of the Initiative for Regional and Community Transformation in the Bloustein School. Anglin has also served with the Structured Employment Economic Development Corporation and the Ford Foundation's Community and Resource Development Unit.

Research submissions can span a range of topics, including racial wealth inequality, household debt, income volatility and more, and will be featured throughout the 2016 ALC. Submission deadline: April 15.

The Gap: NLIHC 2016 Affordable Housing Analysis

The Gap, a new report released by NLIHC, documents a shortage of affordable and available rental units for the nation's 10.4 million extremely low income renter households, those with income at or below 30% of their area median. The report calls for greater federal investment in ELI rental housing through the National Housing Trust Fund and other housing programs.
