For the past year, communities across the country have worked diligently to integrate HMIS and RHYMIS platforms. A key challenge in integrating these systems is obtaining a youth’s consent to share information collected and ensuring that both youth and service providers fully understand what consent in this context means.
To advance the dialogue on these issues, NHSDC is partnering with the National Network for Youth to organize a Youth Privacy Summit on
October 12, 2016 (the day before the NHSDC Fall Conference). We want to know how many of you would like to participate. Please use
THIS LINK to complete this brief survey and let us know, who you are, your interest in the issues, your level of experience navigating these barriers, and whether you would like to attend the Youth Privacy Summit.
We strongly encourage youth currently or formerly experiencing homelessness to attend our summit, and will make a limited number of travel stipends available to help facilitate participation. Please
