Appeals: Hearing Skills BuildingWednesday, June 22, 2016, 3:00pm (EDT) | | | This webinar is designed for SOAR practitioners to continue building their "ALJ Hearing Toolbox" for the successful representation of SOAR applicants before SSA's Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR).
We will focus on pre-hearing considerations such as: reviewing key documents in the applicant's Electronic Folder (EF); developing and proving the theory of the case;and learning about key SSA rules,regulations and laws which all SOAR practitioners representing individuals at the hearing level need to know and apply.
Intended audience: SOAR practitioners interested in representing SOAR applicants at the hearing level.
