FY2016 COC Application (Code of Conduct Form)

This has been a requirement for many years, however in reading over the list updated through June 2016 I see that certain COC recipients are NOT listed! If you do not see your organization name on the list at the link below, remember to include your Code of Conduct plan as part of the FY2016 submission as an attachment.

Applicant Code of Conduct. The Code must be attached in e-snaps or on file with HUD at http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/program_offices/administration/grants/conduct.
