I know that you know this, but this is just a quick reminder that The Companion Guide to Program Changes is on the SSVF website. It can be found under Tab 2, Official Guide to the SSVF Program, and then Reporting and Monitoring Requirements. http://www.va.gov/homeless/
The guide (huge thanks to Lindsay) has great examples and also walks you step by step through the process in GIFTs.
