HUD Publishes Notice CPD 16-16: NRSAs in the CDBG Entitlement Program

This Notice renews HUD's commitment to assisting Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement communities with the designation of Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Areas (NRSA) and sets out the process for the development, submission, approval and amendment of a strategy, as well as the measurement of outcomes.
