Income Calculator Updated with FY 2016 Income Limits HUD has updated the Community Planning and Development (CPD) Income Eligibility Calculator to incorporate FY 2016 CPD Income Limits for all programs except the HOME Program , as the FY 2016 limits are not yet in effect for HOME.
