Vacant, Abandoned, and Deteriorated (VAD) Properties Training Academy is a two-day "boot camp" for public, private, nonprofit, and community leaders working on tough property challenges. The first of two VAD Academies in 2017 will take place in Indianapolis and the deadline for registration is May 17.
