Moises Loza is retiring from the Housing Assistance Council (HAC). Loza was with HAC for nearly 45 years, 28 as executive director. Prior to that he served at HUD and the USDA Rural Housing Service and on many boards including National Hispanic Housing Council, Rural Development Leadership Network, and National Low Income Housing Coalition.
