System Performance Measures: HDX Submission Now Open - Guidance Materials and Resources Available

On Monday, April 3, 2017, the Sys PM Module opened in the Homelessness Data Exchange (HDX). FY 2016 System Performance Measures data must be submitted via HUD’s HDX web portal by Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 7:59:59 PM EDT

The following resources are available to Continuums of Care as they prepare to submit their data:

A detailed Data Submission Manual on entering FY 2016 System Performance Measures data via the HDX is available for download from the System Performance Measures page at the HUD Exchange website.
A recording of the March 30, 2017 Data Submission Guidance Webinar is now posted to the System Performance Measures page at the HUD Exchange website, including a list of questions and answers asked during the webinar.
