Do you know some who is currently experiencing homelessness or has in the past that would be interested in elevating their voice?  Fill out an application » soar releases 2016 outcomes The SOAR (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access and Recovery) Technical Assistance Center has released the outcomes of applications submitted from 2006 through June 2016. Since 2006, SOAR has assisted 36,112 people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in accessing Social Security disability benefits.
