Last month, Congress passed a Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 budget that included a substantial increase in funding for homelessness programs.
However, with the recent release of the President’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 budget proposal, Congress has begun the work of drafting next year’s budget. We need your help to secure another increase in funding from Congress to continue reducing homelessness in communities across the country.
Call and email your Members of Congress today, and thank them for their support in the FY 2017 budget, and reiterate our need for their continued support of increased funding in FY 2018.
