50 Communities Have Effectively Ended Veteran Homelessness           Fifty communities in 26 different states have effectively ended Veteran homelessness, proving that our success isn't state-specific or region-specific - it's American. Here's How.     San Antonio is the seventh largest city in the US by population and is home to more than 100,000 Veterans. Through strong partnerships and determination, San Antonio ended Veteran homelessness in May 2016.  Here's how they did it!  Going to the National Conference on Ending Homelessness? Help Us Revise and Strengthen the Federal Strategic Plan!       It's time to revise and strengthen the current Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness, and we need your expertise! As part of a robust stakeholder input process, we will be hosting a pre-conference session from 9 am to noon on Monday.   Registration is not required, but we'd love to know if you plan to attend! These updated state profiles provide a snapshot of early childhood homelessness using 2014-2015 data  from the U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. Departments of Education, Housing and Urban Development, and Health and Human Services, and the Annie E.
