As a reminder, now that the FY 2017 Continuum of Care (CoC) NOFA competition has opened, the Alliance will be hosting a webinar tomorrow, August 3rd, at 1:00 PM to detail this year’s competition. Building on our last CoC NOFA webinar on how communities can use this year’s CoC NOFA to drive long-term change to improve their systems, this webinar will focus on understanding the new Joint Transitional Housing (TH) and Permanent Housing-Rapid Rehousing (PH-RRH) component project and considerations communities should explore before applying for this opportunity. We explore how trends in unsheltered homelessness vary across the U.S. and its relationship to factors like affordable housing, homelessness assistance resources, and barriers to assistance.
