The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has released the FY 2017 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), and the Alliance has developed and published resources to help communities understand what they need to know about this year’s competition. Make sure your community is up to date with the latest information about how to best prepare for the competition, and how to best position your system for success.
