Building on our last CoC NOFA webinar on how communities can use this year’s CoC NOFA to drive long-term change to improve their systems, this webinar focused on understanding the new Joint Transitional Housing (TH) and Permanent Housing-Rapid Re-housing (PH-RRH) component project and considerations communities should explore before applying for this opportunity.
