There are 2 days remaining until the application submission deadline for the FY 2017 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition. The FY 2017 CoC Consolidated Applications, that includes the CoC Application and CoC Priority Listing with all project applications either approved and ranked or rejected, are due Thursday, September 28, 2017 by 8:00 PM EDT.
The CoC Application and the CoC Priority Listing are separate submissions in e-snaps; therefore, Collaborative Applicants must ensure that both the CoC Application and the CoC Priority Listing, with all project applications either approved and ranked or rejected, are submitted in e-snaps prior to the application submission deadline of September 28, 2017 by 8:00 PM EDT.
HUD strongly recommends that Collaborative Applicants submit their applications at least 24 hours before the deadline. See Section VI. Application and Submission Information of the FY 2017 CoC Program Competition NOFA for application submission and timely receipt requirements for the FY 2017 CoC Program Competition.
Do not wait until the last minute to submit via e-snaps to HUD.
As of 7:00 PM EDT last night, September 26, 2017:
- 143 CoC Applications have been submitted, and
- 163 CoC Priority Listings have been submitted
HUD anticipates a minimum of 385 CoC Consolidated Applications.

As of today, September 27, 2017, HUD will only respond to e-snaps technical issues up to the application deadline of 8:00 PM EDT on September 28, 2017. Please submit your questions to the e-snaps Ask A Question (AAQ) portal on the HUD Exchange website. To submit a question to the e-snaps AAQ portal, select “ e-snaps” from the “My question is related to” drop down list on Step 2 of the question submission process.
