2017 Mediware Conference Presentation Materials We'd like to express our sincere appreciation for everyone who attended this year's conference in New Orleans. New Resource Available for Reporting on Chronic Homelessness HUD recently released the second webinar in a series of three webinars to assist Continuums of Care (CoCs) and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Lead Agencies understand how HMIS can be used to assist in identifying people who are experiencing chronic homelessness. The  Reporting on Chronic Homelessness  webinar describes how HMIS records are used to determine chronic homeless status. The final webinar will be released by HUD in the coming weeks. Each brief video recording will provide detailed information about one of the following topics: Newly Released: Reporting on Chronic Homelessness looks at self-reported data and enrollment histories for each client to generate reports on the people experiencing chronic homelessness in your CoC.
