January 2018 ART Gallery Update:
- The revised "0640 - HUD Data Quality Framework Report - v6" ART Gallery report will be available in the ART Gallery on Monday, January 15th, 2018.
- The revised "0630 - Sheltered-Unsheltered PIT 2018 - v20" ART Gallery report which will have changes needed for the 2018 PIT submission to HUD will be available in the ART Gallery on Monday, January 15, 2018.
- We currently expect the revised "0628 - HIC Supplement - v8" and "0629 - Housing Inventory Count - v16" ART Gallery reports to be available in the ART Gallery mid to late February, 2018.
We will also be updating the "Unsheltered PIT Workflow" document with the below 2018 change. This document will be available in the SalesForce Library by end of business on 1/5/2018.
- Add this question to PIT assessment - "If yes for Domestic Violence Victim/Survivor, are you currently fleeing?". This is because HUD is requiring that data reported on survivors of domestic violence should be limited to reporting on those who are currently experiencing homelessness because they are fleeing domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault or stalking, as opposed to reporting on survivors who have ever experienced these circumstances.
We will send out an announcement in the future when the revised 0628/0629 reports are available in the ART Gallery.
