Join SAMHSA for the upcoming Zero Suicide webinar addressing the challenges in providing suicide care to homeless patients. Participants will gain an understanding of the unique screening, risk assessment, and safety planning needed for this population. Presenters will discuss how health and behavioral health organizations can establish partnerships with community organizations to strengthen suicide care practices for homeless patients. Presenters will also share innovative and thoughtful ways to successfully improve patient engagement and optimize safe care transitions for homeless individuals.
