webinar: The President’s Budget Proposal and What You Can Do About It Last week, the President released his Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 budget proposal. This Thursday, February 22, the Alliance is hosting a webinar to review what's in it, what it means for ending homelessness, and how advocates can get involved. The President's FY 2019 budget includes a laundry list of policies and cuts that would be detrimental to homeless assistance programs. While we know that this proposal won’t make it through Congress in its current form, it does give us insight into the Administration’s policy priorities, and which programs may be under threat.
