Excellence in Leadership: Driving Change You have the awesome responsibility for managing, evaluating, and overseeing projects while articulating high-level vision and goals through your Continuum of Care (CoC). We get it and we're here to help. CSH's new course to maximize the potential of CoC leaders is led by our Senior Policy Advisor Ann Oliva and will help you work through the major challenges you face. Experts – many who have led CoCs – will provide the framework and tools you need. This course curriculum is built for anyone working within the CoC structure, including collaborative applicant leadership, board and staff, Committee members, or others responsible for leading CoC efforts. You get access to resources, plus 5 live training sessions and 2 small-group coaching conferences.
