HUD User: Designing Affordable and Equitable Housing | The American Institute of Architects hosted the 2018 Conference on Architecture from June 21 to 23 in New York City. One of the major themes of the conference was expanding the availability of sustainable and affordable housing. The panel of speakers—architects and psychologists—highlighted the benefits of low-rise, high-density housing in walkable neighborhoods. A summary of their findings is available at the link above.
