Opportunity The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority Releases Two RFPs for the Shallow Subsidy for Rapid Re-Housing Program | The program will support low-income residents who have previously utilized rapid re-housing assistance but remain rent burdened. One RFP is accepting proposals from organizations who are qualified to operate the program. The other RFP is accepting proposals from those who are qualified to evaluate the program. Instructions for both RFPs as well as info on mandatory web conferences happening on Sept. 26 and 27 can be found at the links above.
