The Office of Community and Planning Development (CPD) is holding a question and answer webinar for all State and Entitlement grantees to review the new Housing Trust Fund (HTF) screens in the Consolidated Plan and Action Plan templates, and demonstrate how users should complete the corresponding screens. During this session, trainers will review how to integrate HTF elements into the Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plans templates in the eCon Planning Suite. Throughout the presentation, participants will be able to submit questions to HUD technical assistance providers regarding the integration of the HTF into the eCon Planning Suite . Using IDIS Online for the ESG Program – Updated Resource Posted

HUD has posted an updated version of Using IDIS Online for the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program on the HUD Exchange. The manual assumes that readers have basic knowledge of how to navigate the system. ESG Program recipients use the Integrated Disbursement and Information System Online (IDIS) to draw program funds. This manual provides step-by-step instructions along with corresponding screenshots to assist users with routine functions, including: Setting up projects, activities, and the administration subfund; Funding activities and drawing down funds; Completing activities in IDIS; Using MicroStrategy reports developed for ESG; and Navigating between eCon Planning Suite and IDIS project and activity set-up processes. The Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) is holding a question and answer (Q&A) webinar for all State and Entitlement grantees on best practices for successful set up of the Action Plan in the eCon Planning Suite . It will review the process, timing, and steps required to complete amendments. The webinar will include demonstrations of amending the Consolidated Plan and Action Plan in Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) and creating a new Annual Action Plan (AAP) by using the Copy function.
