Homes for Heroes Foundation to Provide Grants to NCHV Members Foundation awards Hero Grants to local nonprofit charities serving our heroes in need NCHV is excited to announce that the Homes for Heroes Foundation will be providing grants to NCHV Member organizations to help serve homeless and at-risk veterans in selected communities. Grant recipients will be notified later this month as details are finalized.  The Foundation is also encouraging its affiliates to reach out to homeless veteran service providers in their communities to explore ways they may be able to help through volunteering, donating, or other partnerships.
