The National Veterans Technical Assistance Center (NVTAC), is hosting the webinar “Overview of the PY 2019 Notice of Funding Opportunity For HVRP, HFVVWF, and IVTP” on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 2:00 pm Eastern.
On March 27, 2019 The Department of Labor Veterans' Employment and Training Service (DOL-VETS) released a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) regarding the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP), the Incarcerated Veterans Transition Program (IVTP), and the Homeless Female Veterans' and Homeless Veterans' with Families Program (HFVVWF). This FOA announces the availability of approximately $13.5 million in grant funds to conduct programs to provide job training, counseling, placement, and related services to expedite the reintegration of homeless and incarcerated veterans into the labor force. Applications are due April 26, 2019, by 4:00:00 pm Eastern time. This webinar will walk potential applicants through the FOA.
