Contiuums of Care (CoCs) and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) leads are invited to a call with Norm Suchar, the Director of the Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS), about the release of Stella, the new strategy and analysis tool. Stella will help CoCs 1) understand how their system is performing and 2) model an optimized system that fully addresses homelessness in their area. The call will focus on the Stella Performance module (Stella P), which provides dynamic visualizations of CoC data, to illustrate how households move through the homeless system and to highlight outcome disparities.
The calls will have the same content. CoCs and HMIS leads only need to attend one.
Training Objectives
These calls will highlight the following topics:
- Introduction to Stella and the Performance and Modeling modules
- Overview of Stella Performance including accessing Stella and key concepts
- Stella Performance demonstration with review of charts
