Resolved: WellSky Community Services (ServicePoint) Outage
Thank you for your patience and understanding this morning while our team worked to resolve the network connection issue that impacted many of you on our WellSky Community Services (including ServicePoint, CommunityPoint and Iris) platform. As of 11:20am Central Time today, all systems are back online and functioning properly.
Our team was alerted at 7:25am CT that some sites were experiencing downtime. We determined that this was caused by a hardware failure in the data center. Our team identified the faulty network device and corrected the issue. We will continue to closely monitor all systems throughout the day, as well as find ways to diagnose and prevent these kinds of outages in the future.
