Community Services (F.K.A. ServicePoint) & ART Connectivity and Login Issues
Our Development and IT teams are currently investigating issues related to ART connectivity and password resets within User Admin.
Related to the password reset we are aware that admins are unable to save changes after updating a user password. Similarly, if a user is requested to change password upon login they will not be able to complete that task.
We will provide an update as quickly as possible.
