HUD PATH Report Q23 and Q24 PDX Validation Error
We have reported a validation error to HUD/SAMHSA in the PDX related to questions 23 and 24 in the PATH report. A summary of the issue is included below.
The validation error will indicate that the 24c1 column will not total to Q24c2 + Q24c3
The proper checks for the PDX site should be: (Q24a1 + Q24b1) should equal Q23b1, (Q24a2 + Q24b2) should equal Q23b2, and (Q24a3 + Q24b3) should equal Q23b3.
As an example: Clients may start receiving Medicare and/or Medicaid by their Exit Date or the Report End Date, and would be counted in Q23 Medicare/Medicaid.
We will update customers once we learn that this issue is resolved.
