Community Services (F.K.A. ServicePoint) & ART Connectivity and Login Issues

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we have investigated and resolved these two items. At this time all systems have been restored.

We have confirmed that all functions of ART are functioning properly. IT will be continuously monitoring ART connectivity closely over the next few days.

It was determined that the password reset issue was directly related to the ART connectivity. As the passwords were trying to update they were also being updated in ART and that was causing the failure. We have been able to successfully reset passwords since ART connectivity has been restored.
